Advantages:

Отличный отель. Номер чистый (3 номер на первом этаже), отличный матрас (!), качественное белье, парковка во дворе за 200р/сутки. Двор с мангальной зоной, беседкой, качелями. Во дворе растет инжир, гранат - красотища! Ну и тетя Соня очень гостеприимна, радушна. До моря недалеко (к началу набережной) - метров 600 -700. Мы были в конце сезона и многие столовые уже закрыты были, но поесть можно и в отеле. Сом Судак восхитителен.

Очень приветливый хозяин, шикарные номера за эти деньги ,всегда чисто и уютно . Постоянная уборка ,смена полотенец и белья . Прекрасное расположение ,очень близко к морю .
