Наш коттедж находится в частном секторе в тихом спокойном районе города Судак. Рядом с домом - лес, сосновый бор, благодаря чему, здесь очень чистый лечебный воздух. До моря 3 км (10 минут на машине). В 15 минутах езды на машине расположены прекрасные загородные пляжи на мысе Меганом и в Веселовской бухте.

В коттедже две отдельные спальни (на 2 и з места), коридор и санузел. Для приготовления шашлыков во дворе имеется мангальная зона.
