Сдается уютный дом. В доме есть все для комфортного проживания ( с/у, кухня, 2 смарт тв, холодильник, кондиционер ). Во дворе есть место для стоянки авто, место для отдыха, мангал. Интернет на всей территории гд. Рядом с нами в шаговой доступности есть 2 супермаркета, остановочная площадка ( можно добраться до центра или до загородных пляжей. ) до центрального пляжа пешим 15-20 мин пешком. До 1 загородного 1. 5 км и до 6 км есть много загородных пляжей, где можно купаться на выбор.
Есть возможность подъезда на автомобиле прямо на пляж.

Хозяева приветливые! Всё что нужно предоставляют, помогают советом. Показали местные достопримечательности. В доме очень чисто. Всё работает. Ремонт отличный. Расположение дома удобное. Нет суеты городской. Магазины рядом. Ассортимент в магазинах на 3. Но город развивается.

Disadvantages:

Телевидение через интернет. Иногда подтормаживает. Не так важно.
