Advantages:

Приветливая хозяйка, заранее звонит и интересуется во сколько подъедем для заселения. Местоположение отличное, большая площадь номера с высокими потолками, правильное расположение кондиционера в номере, холодильник в номере, наличие балкона. В номере регулярно производят уборку, Wi-Fi есть, вода из крана ПРЕСНАЯ!!! 1 небольшой недостаток - это общий чайник на этаже, а не в номере. Надеюсь хозяйка учтёт этот момент и исправить (это как пожелание).
