Advantages:

Приятная хозяйка Валентина! Уютный дворик, очень чисто. Хороший интернет. Довольно легко найти месторасположение дома. Достаточно места для парковки машины. Близкое расположение магазина продуктов, рядом есть аптека, кофейня с вкусным кофе, овощная точка, рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Мы остались довольны.
