Нестандартный 5-ти этажный дом коттеджного типа, 3-ий этаж, однако вход в квартиру отдельный, со двора .В квартире: две спальни, кухня, совмещённая с просторной столовой, балкон, большая терраса с прекрасным панорамным видом на горы и море, два санузла, стиральная машина, три кондиционера, интернет.

Мебель практически вся новая. Металлическая 2-х спальная кровать, 3 дивана, шкаф-купе и т. д.

В 5-ти минутной доступности столовые, продуктовые и овощные магазины, автобусная остановка.

Advantages:

Нам очень понравилась квартира, в ней есть всё необходимое: плита для готовки, микроволновка, холодильник, стиральная машина. В трёх основных комнатах есть кондиционеры. С балкона открывается прекрасный вид на горы: просыпаешься и на улицу с чашечкой кофе. До городского пляжа 12 минут неспешным ходом. Мы туда ходили один раз - все остальное время ездили на пляж Меганом. Рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов, несколько столовых, по пути к морю есть ресторанчик а-ля сушовня. Елена всегда была на связи, подсказывала-помогала.
