Advantages:

Жили семьёй с детьми вчетвером, отличное место, тихий район, рядом гора, красиво. Хозяева отличные, помогали, подсказывали, всем необходимым обеспечили. Снимали второй этаж, на первом живут хозяева, но они тихие и не мешает совсем их присутствие, кухня только летняя, но это оказывается очень удобно (там два стола и один топчан (вроде это так называется)).
