Advantages:

Радушные и заботливые владельцы. Я заселялась после 20-00, в Судаке, в мае, в это время уже темно. Меня встретили и привезли на машине. Выезжала я в 16-00 - хозяйка не возражала против моего позднего выселения. Спасибо большое. Если кому-то актуально - здесь одна кухня на несколько комнат и она находиться на 1 этаже. Все чисто, посуды достаточно, кроме этого в комнате есть свой холодильник, электрический чайник, на веранде свой столик и стулья. При желании можно обедать в "Домашней столовой", которая находиться в шаговой доступности. Впечатления остались самые приятные. Если когда-нибудь судьба приведет меня в Судак, я бы снова поселилась на Виноградной. Спасибо.
