Во дворе навес с большим столом для компании, барбекю и декоративным водопадом. Во дворе можно припарковать 2-3 машины. Очень удобный выезд на пригородные пляжи минуя поток городских пробок. Ближайший пляж в 3-х мин езды на машине, пляж Алчак. Дом сдаётся с июня по сентябрь. Минимальный срок 5 дней
