Место понравилось, собственник отличный) Когда "хорошо, отлично", редко хочется писать отзыв, но тут не удержался. Да, далёковато до моря (минут 15 пешком), но в остальном, претензий к жилью, собственнику нет). Двор, парковка, кухня, убранства, кондиционер - всё супер) Арсен, ещё раз спасибо! Всем доволен!

Advantages:

Хорошие апартаменты, с отдельным входом. Локация удобна для путешествующих на авто, тихий район, отсутствие проблем с парковкой. До городского пляжа около 20 минут пешком, до пляжей в районе Таврида Арт около 10 минут на автомобиле. До Нового света около 15 минут езды.
