На территории расположены 2 здания двухэтажное и трёхэтажное. Всего 18 номеров. Номера двух, трёх четырёхместные класса люкс с кондиционерами. С балкона второго третьего этажа открывается живописный вид на море и гору алчак. На территории есть парковочная зона, общая кухня, где можно приготовить покушать и поесть.
