Владелец гостевого дома не встречал, и подробностей пользования номера, соответственно, не кому было ознакомить. Прождав целый день этого человека, сама пошла на поиски нового жилья. Звонила на телефон доверия не нашла поддержки от оператора на том конце связи, совсем не умеет разговаривать с клиентом, кричит, объясняет путанно, требовала доказать моё недовольство номерам.
